TeleAdvisor provides support services for a fee. Applicable fees will be clearly disclosed to you before any service engagement begins. By proceeding with a service session, you authorize the applicable charges. We accept major credit and debit cards processed through secure third-party payment processors.
Fees are charged for consulting time and advisory support provided by our agents. Fees do not guarantee any specific outcome, as results depend on carrier policies and processes beyond our control.

Any account changes must ultimately be executed by you, the account holder, or through your carrier's official channels.

Calls to our support line may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. By calling us, you consent to such recording where required by law. If you do not consent, you must notify the agent at the beginning of the call. Recordings are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We are committed to quality service. If you are unsatisfied with your support session, please contact us at info@TeleAdvisor.site within 24 hours of the session. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not issued for service sessions where advisory support was provided and the outcome was dependent on carrier decisions beyond our control.
All content on TeleAdvisor.site, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of TeleAdvisor and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. All third-party trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state laws where TeleAdvisor operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
